about

In 2012, I released a Funk and Afrobeat-inspired EP called Bare Hands which was both a step backward and a giant leap forward for me creatively. Recorded and mixed in less than a week using cheap mics, 4-track cassette recorder, and vintage analog technology, it was a "back-to-basics" approach that was an instant favorite with some people, including me.

I always said I would do another one just like it when the time was right.
That time is now.
Just like the original, this is as raw as it gets...No editing. Warts and all. 4-track tape goodness. $20 worth of microphones.
Until we meet again, my friends...Enjoy the grooves!
